MEET THE FOUNDER
Long before I started this agency, I was the nanny.
Hi, I’m Jillian, founder of The Nanny Hub. Before becoming an agency owner, I spent 15 years working as a professional nanny, giving me firsthand experience with what makes a nanny-family relationship truly work. For the past nine years, I’ve brought that perspective to The Nanny Hub, personally helping families and nannies find the right fit.
I know firsthand that when the right nanny and family find each other, it becomes so much more than a job.
That experience is at the heart of how I run The Nanny Hub today. I personally play matchmaker in every search we take on, getting to know our families and our candidates beyond what’s written on paper.
Experience and qualifications matter, but they’re only part of the equation. I’m also looking at personality, communication, expectations, family dynamics, and that harder-to-define connection that can turn a qualified candidate into the right person for your family.
I was fortunate enough to experience what it feels like to find the right family as a nanny.
Now, I get to help create that connection for others, and that’s the part of this work I love most.
