Owner and Founder
Before founding The Nanny Hub, Jillian spent 15 years as a professional nanny and also worked as an educator. With degrees in Early Childhood Education and Psychology, she brings a unique understanding of child development, family dynamics, and the deeply personal relationship between a nanny and the family they support.
That firsthand experience is why Jillian chooses to remain personally involved in every search. Even after nine years of owning The Nanny Hub, she still personally plays matchmaker, taking the time to understand each family and candidate so she can make thoughtful, intentional connections.
For Jillian, it has never been about simply filling a position. It’s about finding the right person for the right family and creating relationships built to last.
When Jillian isn’t professionally matchmaking, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, discovering new restaurants around Boston, practicing yoga, and getting lost in a good nonfiction book. She is also a certified Children’s Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner, reflecting her appreciation for intention, connection, and bringing a sense of calm to both her personal and professional life.
Gigi Fallon
Assistant to the Owner
Gigi plays an important role behind the scenes at The Nanny Hub, helping keep the agency organized, responsive, and running smoothly. With more than 10 years of childcare experience, including administrative experience within daycare settings, she brings a valuable understanding of both childcare and the operations that support it. As a mother of two, she also understands firsthand the importance of dependable, trustworthy care.
