Owner and Founder
Jillian founded The Nanny Hub in 2017, drawing on more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education, classroom teaching, and professional nanny care, including working with high-net-worth families. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College, as well as an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She began her career as a certified preschool and kindergarten teacher across Boston and the South Shore. Her background in child development, combined with extensive in-home nanny experience, has given her a refined understanding of what creates a truly successful caregiver–family match. Jillian established The Nanny Hub to serve families across Massachusetts, working exclusively within the state to provide a highly personal, attentive, and relationship-focused approach that helps families feel confident, supported, and understood throughout the process.
When she’s not working with families, Jillian is spending time with her own family and friends and enjoying the simple moments that matter most. She values balance and believes in caring for both mind and body, which is reflected in how she lives day to day. A certified Reiki Practitioner and Children’s Yoga Teacher, she brings that same sense of calm and mindfulness into her personal life. Outside of work, you’ll often find her hiking the Blue Hills, trying new restaurants around Boston, getting lost in a good nonfiction book, or practicing yoga.

Assistant to the Owner
Gigi works diligently behind the scenes at The Nanny Hub, supporting the owner and ensuring the agency runs seamlessly. With over 10 years of experience in childcare, she brings both professional insight and a personal understanding of the importance of quality care. From organizing internal processes to keeping day-to-day operations on track, her attention to detail and dedication keep everything running smoothly. By managing the operational side of the agency, Gigi allows Jillian to focus on what matters most, personally supporting families and thoughtfully matching them with the right caregivers. As a mom who raised two boys of her own, Gigi understands firsthand the peace of mind that comes from knowing children are well cared for.
