Services and Fees

Nanny Placement Package:

This package offers placement services for Full-Time Nannies, Part-Time Nannies, Family Assistants, Household Managers, Private Chefs, Housekeepers, and Eldercare Professionals. These positions entail long-term placements lasting at least a year and includes a (90) day replacement period.

Engagement Fee: $500

Placement Fee: 15% of employee’s gross annual compensation with a minimum placement fee of  $5,000.

Temporary Placement Package:

This package offers placement services for Newborn Care Specialists, Night Nannies or Temporary Nannies. The duration of employment can be anywhere from 6 weeks to 6 months.

Engagement Fee: $500

Placement Fee: 15% of employee’s gross compensation with a minimum placement fee of  $3,000

Our Placement Process

01 — Registration Form
Initiating the placement process entails completing a registration application. This step serves as the foundation for developing a tailored job description for your family's specific requirements. Following the submission of the application, we commit to reaching out to you within 48 hours to coordinate a free consultation.
02 — Consultation
Subsequent to your application submission, we will conduct a free phone consultation and devote our time to understand your family's distinctive needs. Following that, we promptly start an intensive recruitment and screening process tailored to your specific requirements.
03 — Nanny Profiles
Simultaneously, we leverage our extensive database, comprising over a thousand local nannies, to identify potential candidates. Upon successful completion of our rigorous 7-Step Screening Process, we present you with nanny profiles through The Nanny Hub portal for your review.
04 — Interviews
Following your selection of preferred candidates, our team will coordinate all interview scheduling on your behalf. Typically, families have the opportunity to meet with 1-5 thoroughly screened candidates, each carefully chosen to align with your specific criteria. Our approach ensures that only individuals we believe to be a perfect fit for your family are presented.
05 — Job Offer
Upon identifying a candidate whom you find to be an excellent match, our team will assist you in formulating and extending a job offer to the candidate. During this time we will run extensive background checks.
06 — Nanny Contract
To conclude our comprehensive process, we will guide you through the development of a Nanny/Family agreement tailored to your specific needs. Given that the nanny will be your employee, we encourage you to review the contract and make any necessary adjustments relevant to your unique employer-employee situation.
07 - Payroll
We will seamlessly link you with industry-leading domestic employee payroll companies to streamline the administrative aspects of your arrangement. This collaborative effort ensures a smooth and efficient transition for both you and your newly selected nanny.
