Owner and Founder
Jillian established The Nanny Hub in 2017. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College. Her journey began as a certified teacher in both preschool and kindergarten classrooms from Boston to South Shore, Massachusetts. As her career developed it ultimately lead her to discover her passion for professional nanny work. With over 20 years of industry experience, Jillian brings a wealth of expertise to the recruitment and matching process. Jillian is committed to serving the local community. The Nanny Hub operating exclusively in Massachusetts to provide attentive support and guidance.
When she’s not personally matchmaking for families, Jillian spends her free time creating memories with her family and friends. She believes in the importance of the mind-body connection, and works diligently to prioritize both. She also holds a certification as a Reiki Practitioner and a Certified Children’s Yoga Teacher. Jillian’s other hobbies include hiking Blue Hills, exploring new restaurants in Boston, indulging in non-fiction books, and practicing yoga.

Assistant to the Owner
Gigi works diligently behind the scenes at The Nanny Hub, assisting the owner and ensuring the agency runs seamlessly. From organizing internal processes to keeping day-to-day operations on track, her attention to detail and dedication keeps everything moving smoothly. By managing the operational side, Gigi allows Jillian to focus on what matters most, personally supporting families and thoughtfully matching them with the right caregivers. As a mom who raised two boys of her own, Gigi understands firsthand the importance of quality childcare and the peace of mind it brings to families.
