Prospective candidates

Must meet the following requirements:
  • 21 years or older.
  • Earned high school diploma or GED equivalent, college degree preferred. 
  • Non-Smoker.
  • Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • CPR & First Aid Certified.
  • Willing to submit a background check & driving record.
  • Minimum of 2 years paid professional experience as a nanny.
  • Must possess outstanding recent references.
  • Eligible to work legally in the US. 

Our Screening Process

1 — Formal Application
All candidates are required to submit a formal application to our Nanny Agency to begin the process.
2 — Resume Review
Each candidate is asked to upload their resume for further examination of experience and relevant verifying documents to our portal.
3 — Virtual Interview
Every candidate has the opportunity to interviewed virtually with the owner to ensure you are a right fit for the agency. All candidates must meet our requirements in order to move forward with the process.
4 — Extensive Reference Checks
We diligently establish a dialogue with each of your references, while documenting these conversations to prevent multiple calls to your references. Our commitment is to proceed exclusively with candidates boasting excellent references.
5 — Social Media Review
We search each potential candidate's social media to make sure you have a positive internet presence.
6 — Background Checks
We perform various background checks to ensure the safety of all parties involved. Traditional background checks include CORI Report, National SSN /Address Locator, County, Records Check, and National Criminal Records. All positions are contingent on a clear background check.
7 — Motor Vehicle Report
The motor vehicle report will provide information on your driving license records including DUI/DWI, traffic violations, speeding, suspension, citations & more. We will only proceed with candidates who have clear MVR.
